Ureido Methacrylate (UMA) is a specialty functional methacrylate monomer used to improve adhesion, wet adhesion and scrub resistance in polymer systems. The ureido functionality can interact strongly with substrates and polymer networks, making UMA particularly useful in emulsion polymers, coatings, adhesives and other performance formulations.
